Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours, ensuring a quick

Delivery Address & Timelines
Please note that we will not be able to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. If you want to update the address, please reach out to orders@finewine-cosmetics.com within 12 hours of the order is placed.
And you can enjoy standard delivery within 5 – 10 business days.

Tracking Your Order

2. Please visit the Orders section and find your orders there.
3. Click on the Track Order you want to track.
4. Just fill in your order ID and check the status of your order.
5. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order on Status instead of Track
Order.
However, you will get notifications for the same on your email and registered phone number.
Eligibility for Exchanges:
Undelivered, Damaged, and Wrongly Delivered Orders :
- If the order is undelivered after three attempts due to the wrong address, refusal, or unavailability of the customer, it will be returned to us, and the amount will be refunded as store credit. Delivery charges may apply.
- If you have received a damaged product or a wrong product, please contact us at orders@finewine-cosmetics.com We will analyse the situation and guide you through the further return or refund process.
- For approved refunds, we will credit the refundable amount into the source account within 5-7 business days.
- In case of approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5-7 business days.
- For damaged orders, please provide us with the unboxing video of the parcel for us to verify and process your refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
The products that cannot be exchanged fall under the following categories:
- We understand that some testing is necessary, but as it is important to maintain human hygiene, products once used cannot be returned or replaced.
- Remember, items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales are final and not eligible for replacement.

To ensure a smooth exchange process, reach out to our friendly customer care team via phone or email by paying a minimal charge of ₹100.
